    About Egyptian Sunset painting, I learnt how to make a sunset by painting from light yellow, light orange, darkish orange and usual red. Sunset showed me how the shadows are formed as well. Sunset also meant that the weather was getting cooler.

    What I learnt when painting Egyptian Sunset was that how I had to mix light and dark orange colors and not to use a lot of paint so that it looks like a sunset. I also learnt about how shadows change direction and how weather begins to cool down. Nandita/3L/20 May 2010

    I made a beautiful Egyptian sunset.I used different colour at the background and I drew on a black paper some palm trees and pyramids that we usually see in Egypt and we cut and stick it.

    I learned how to smudge the paints together so you cannot tell where the trail of paint ends. I also knew about a silhouette.

    I learned how to mix the colours red and little bit of yellow to make the colour orange. The blackness is made from black paper. The palm tree and the camel were made by drawing and then cut around it.
